Add Grass-Fed Butter ( to taste) to cast iron skillet.
Season the Chicken Wing (1.5 pound) with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1/4 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon), and Fresh Chives (1/2 teaspoon).
Grill wings in a sauté pan over medium high heat for 10-15 minutes on the first side.
Flip the wings, add Frank’s® RedHot® Sauce ( to taste), and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve the wings on a platter with Salad Greens ( to taste), Pickles ( to taste), Tomato ( to taste), and top it off with Frank’s® RedHot® Sauce ( to taste) and Yellow Mustard ( to taste).
